We utilise a real-time tracking system in our engineers’ vehicles that enables us to inform customers of their arrival time. This helps to ensure a swift start for our engineers to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
We use Opera 3 CRM to log, monitor, and record everything from breakdowns to installs and all in-between. Combined with reporting from Microsoft BI, we can streamline every aspect of our business to make sure we deliver the best service to our customers.
