Rather than opting for one of our comprehensive maintenance contracts, you may prefer to buy support as and when you need it.
For example, when things suddenly go wrong, when you need us to move an essential piece of equipment, require help with the changeover from one plate supplier to another or even be on standby during the running of a critical job.

In an Emergency, Count on Marlowe
Our emergency service is very straightforward, you simply pay for the time you need; an hour here and a day there or even a week at a time. Whatever your requirement we will schedule our next available engineer to be with you as soon as possible during normal office hours.
Once the problem is diagnosed, one of our highly trained and highly skilled team will work on the issue. Working in this way we can either resolve issues as they arise, help you complete your own project or just provide you with good, solid practical advice.
There are many reasons why a business may need our help on an ad hoc basis, from repairs carried out on site or at our workshop, to covering temporary prepress engineering staff absences at your workplace.

Request a Marlowe Engineer Call-Out
By completing and emailing this Engineer Request Form to the Marlowe Digital (MD) service desk, we understand that we will be subject to the following charges and conditions; E&OE.
Call out charge of £295.00 to include first hour of labour.
Engineer labour rates are charged at £90 per hour on-site, charged to the rounded-up completed half-hour.
Telephone Support charged at £90.00 minimum, payable in advance by Pro-Forma Invoice. Thereafter charged at £45.00 per 30 minutes or part thereof.
Day Rate £650.00
All prices quoted exclude VAT at the current rate (20%)
Payment will be by BACs or credit card. If parts need to be fitted, payment may be required in advance.
Any parts fitted remain the property of MD and can be reclaimed until cleared funds are received in full.
Your call will be placed for the next available engineer to visit you. However, if a contract customer call comes in, we reserve the right to redirect the engineer to the contract call first. You will not lose your place in the non-contract queue. By entering a maintenance contract, your call will be promoted above any non-contract calls.
A maintenance contract will supersede the above terms if entered up to 24 hours after an engineer visit.
By signing or emailing and completing the following, I/we accept the above charges, conditions and payment terms and will ensure that payment will be available when the engineer visits, otherwise no work will be undertaken.
